TELEGRAM. From the Secretary of State for the Colonies
to the Governor of Hong Kong.

It is stated by India Office that Government
of India report that when Indians off Tenyo karu were
despatched to Rangoon from Hong Kong no official information was received of their despatch.
I presume that in future you will inform Government
of India immediately of any action as to Indians
despatched under arrest taken in the Colony.
